Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn. Blaze end a tough tournament weekend with some team fun at Archery Arena.

On Saturday, December 8th, Durham Attack Blaze competed in a very challenging tournament in the premier division, along with the top 9 ranked teams in Ontario.

The girls started the day playing in a tough pool. They beat the South County bandits (who finished 1st in the tournament) and lost in a close game to Synergy Titanium, (who finished 2nd in the tournament) which ranked the girls second in their pool.

The girls had two close games in the afternoon, against Halton Hurricanes and Markham Revolution RUSH. Unfortunately, luck was not on their side as they lost in two nail-biting games.

This tournament was a great learning experience, and the girls cannot wait to get back on the court.

On the following day, Sunday, December 9th, Durham Attack Blaze had the best time ever! Along with their parents, the team participated in a fun-filled evening of archery.  Everyone had such a great time playing a variety of games, trying not to get hit by arrows while building a lot of team spirit!

Afterwards, the girls all participated in a friendly gift exchange to wish each other very happy holidays.
