The holidays are a great time to slow things down and rest & recover a bit, especially if you have been playing school ball. But you need to stay active as you will lose strength and conditioning over the holidays and the January tournaments will sneak up on you. Now that you are done classes for the year, you need a plan to stay in shape over the holidays.
Mike Slean has provided a home workout that you can do. If you think about the exercises you can usually find ways to do them at home, without the equipment in his gym (e.g. using stair instead of a box for step-ups and block jumps.)
