• Durham Attack veteran Dwayne Cochrane to lead 18U Girls Program

    Dwayne Cochrane, a long-time Durham Attack veteran, will lead our girls 18U Black coaching staff for 2014-2015.  One of the co-founders of Durham Attack, Dwayne has been coaching on the boys side for the past few seasons, but is particularly excited about working with this group of girls as he is the father of two teenage daughters who are very active in sports.  Along with coaching, Dwayne has played at the highest levels in club and college volleyball, and is a ref and international linesman.

    An accomplished club volleyball player, and a certified referee, Dwayne has a long history of volleyball experience.  Ho coached our teams through the 1990’s in for fomative year sof our clb.  After taking time out for his young family, Dwayen returned to the club to assist coache sin 2011.  This past season Dwayne coached our 18U Boys team to the Boys Ontario 18U Championship and a berth in the US Boys Junior Nationals in Houston.  We’re very excited to welcome Dwayne into this critical role for the coming season.

    Dwayne will be assisted by Mandi Doris, who played for the club in her early years then had a storied career at Durham College, earning Female Athlete of the Year and MVP early in her career.

    But we are extremely pleased to have Dwayne and Mandi leading this outstanding group of female athletes!
