Its all about the coaching. While we pride ourselves in running a progressive and well structured organization, our ultimate success in developing our athletes is dependant upon our coaches. For the past week we have been profiling the coaches leading some of our programs, and their experience runs deep and their track record is evident in their success at the provincial and national level.
But we are always striving to improve what we offer. We’re excited to announce that we will have two extremely experienced and talented coaches acting as our Mentor Coaches for 2014-2015. With collective experience leading club, college, university and provincal organizations. Each mentor coach will work with with a group of our coaches and teams to help transfer knowledge and provide technical support, supplementing an already broad and deep coaching staff. They do not have dedicated coaching assignments. Their role is to magnify the impact that our coaches can have on your athletes. Both coaches bring a wealth of outside experience as well as multiple years exposure to coaching within our club.
