13U Girls Black Panthers – Start the season undefeated

On a cold November morning the Durham Attack Black Panthers headed out to Loyalist Collegiate in Kingston to play their first tournament of the season, 13U Girls Provincial Cup.

The warm-up was full of anticipation of their first match with Pegasus.  The Panthers won the match in two straight sets.
The schedule allowed for a break for the Panthers before their next match with Northumberland Breakers.  The Panthers also won the match in two straight sets.

After lunch the Panthers played quarter final and semi final matches with Ottawa Fusion and Peterborough Thunder. The Panthers won both matches in two straight sets.  This set up the tournament final match between Durham Attack Red – Hurricanes and Durham Attack Black – Panthers.

In the final match, both Durham Attack teams played well taking the scores in to the twenties.  In the end the Panthers won the match with two straight sets to win the Gold.

Congratulations to the Panthers, you played well, it was fun to watch and all the parents and coaches were very proud of your performance.  Well Done.
